Northern Arizona Property Management is the northern practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage. The family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020, and the northern Arizona connection is personal — our roots are in Cornville and Sedona.
What we bring to Flagstaff, Sedona and the Verde Valley is a published, all-inclusive fee, no markup on routine maintenance, and a broker who signs every file.
