Northern Arizona Property Management is the high-country practice of Barré Properties: a third-generation, broker-led Arizona brokerage with more than twenty years in real estate and one experienced broker who personally oversees every property.

I’m Olivier “Ollie” Lessing Barré, designated broker of Barré Properties. I have been licensed since 2007 and have spent more than twenty years in real estate. In 2007 I founded a property management company on the Westside of Los Angeles with a handful of properties and built it into a large firm serving owners in Beverly Hills, Malibu, Calabasas and neighboring communities.

Over thirteen years that work covered single-family homes, condominiums, multifamily buildings, retail and commercial property, much of it taken over from other managers, so there are very few situations I have not already seen. In 2020 I brought that experience to Arizona and built Barré & Company Realty LLC, licensed by the Arizona Department of Real Estate with me as designated broker.

Real estate runs in my family, and I am the third generation to work in it. That background taught me how client relationships are built. The systems, the standards and the accountability at Barré Properties are my own, and I raise them every year.

Barré Properties was built on handshakes, trust and accountability more than anything else. Over 20+ years in real estate, we’ve built long-lasting relationships with hundreds of clients in the most exclusive markets in Los Angeles and Southern California, from Beverly Hills to Malibu and Calabasas.

Our Arizona licenses are new. Our experience is decades old. Every license we hold, in Arizona and California, is clean, and you can confirm each one yourself with the state.

We don’t give out past or current clients’ contact information. That isn’t because we have anything to hide. The people who trusted us with their homes also trusted us with their privacy, and that trust isn’t ours to hand out. Our professionalism and experience speak for themselves.

A Market We Know.

We manage throughout Coconino and Yavapai counties, and Northern Arizona is a market we know and specialize in, from Flagstaff’s university neighborhoods and winters to the Munds Park pines and the red rock country around Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. Many of the owners we work with here live in the Valley, in California or out of state, and they need someone to be their eyes and ears on the property without having to be there. That is the job this practice is built around, from Flagstaff and Munds Park to Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek and the Verde Valley.
